Whiskey Thief Distilling Co. offers a single-barrel tasting experience. Here, guests can fill their own bottles with single barrel bourbons and rye, uncut and unfiltered. It’s like being at a friend’s house. There is a very nice fire pit sitting area right outside of the back of the barn along a cocktail bar, their own food truck (Friday & Saturday), and some tables to relax. The experience will guide through tasting out of five different barrels and five different mash bills and an adventure for your pallet. Cigars are also welcome and are sold there. Pets are welcome too. I highly recommend this bourbon experience when along the eastern trail.
